These Terms & Conditions govern use of caratmate.com and purchases from Avaiya Gems. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They are written for this store and are not copied from another jeweller.
The store
Avaiya Gems sells diamond rings and related jewellery. Product titles, prices, and images on the site are the offer. Diamond details appear only when they are on file. We do not treat empty fields as hidden extras.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is listed in error, payment fails, or we cannot verify the order. Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront at checkout. You are responsible for duties or import taxes your country charges, unless checkout says otherwise.
Sizing and custom work
Use our ring size guide before you order. Made-to-order or resized pieces may take longer than in-stock items. Once production has started, some changes may not be possible. Email sales@avaiyagems.com as soon as you need a change.
Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy. We do not promise a refund for a change of mind on a correctly delivered custom ring unless that policy says so.
Intellectual property
Photographs, product copy, and the Avaiya Gems name on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the catalogue for another store. This website was designed and developed by Avaiya Software.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Avaiya Gems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law in your country.
