What to Expect When We Ship a Diamond Ring to the United States

Orders to the United States leave after we have a deliverable street address and the ring is checked against the listing you paid for. We do not swap a similar setting to ship faster.

Transit times vary by carrier and by state. A signature may be required. If you work during the day, use an address where someone can receive a small insured parcel. PO boxes are a poor fit for jewellery; ask us first if that is your only option.

US customs treatment depends on the shipment and the carrier’s paperwork. We do not quote duty as a line item on the product page because it is not a Avaiya Gems surcharge we control. If a fee is collected on arrival, it is between you and the carrier. Email sales@avaiyagems.com with your order number if a parcel is held.

Read shipping and refunds before you pay. If a ring is damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the ring before you wear it and write to us the same day.
