Shipping a Diamond Ring to Australia

We ship to Australian addresses when the checkout details are complete and the ring matches the listing you paid for. Jewellery is a small, high-value parcel. Someone should be able to sign.

Import GST or other fees can apply to goods entering Australia. Avaiya Gems does not print a landed AUD total on the product page because that number is not a fee we set. If a carrier or broker invoices you, that invoice is theirs. Email tracking to sales@avaiyagems.com if a parcel is held at the border.

Regional and remote addresses need more time. Say so up front. A CBD office that closes at 5 pm is a common miss; use a home address if you cannot intercept a delivery.
