At Avaiya Gems, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items for Return

Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
Items that are incorrect (wrong item sent)
Unworn, unused items in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry
Items marked as final sale
Items that have been worn, used, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at Sales@avaiyagems.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Please contact us at Sales@avaiyagems.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
